Production Worker

The Production Worker is an essential entry-level role in plant operations that requires no prior experience. Responsibilities include manually stacking heavy ingots, ensuring product quality, accurately processing finished goods, and safely operating a forklift. This position also involves equipment maintenance, assisting personnel during malfunctions, and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician performs mechanical, preventative, and basic electrical maintenance on plant equipment. This includes maintaining motors, conveyor systems and production machinery, as well as troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems with support. This role is also responsible for conducting safety checks, communicating with teams, and safely operating equipment.

Industrial Electrician

The Industrial Electrician performs preventative maintenance and electrical repairs on plant equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and accurate service records. This role involves inspecting three-phase wiring, troubleshooting electrical issues, and conducting safety checks on various industrial systems. Third-year electrician apprentices with industrial experience and eligible for MN journeyman licensure within 90 days are encouraged to apply. Financial assistance is available for licensure fees.
