We believe strong communities build personal growth, social connection and economic well-being for all. We actively engage with local organizations, supporting initiatives that enhance the quality of life for our neighbors. We support causes like food security and youth programs to give back to the community that has supported us.
EGA Spectro Alloys has partnered with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to showcase the aluminum recycling process at the Minnesota State Fair, educating fairgoers on the importance of sustainable practices.
During the holiday season, our annual ‘Giving Together’ program donates $100,000 to local nonprofits chosen by our team members.
Our scholarship program assists employee families with the costs of post-secondary education.
We are proud to be the official recycling sponsor of Leprechaun Days, a fun-filled festival in our hometown of Rosemount, Minnesota.
