High quality employees are the backbone of Spectro Alloys. Across our company, from manufacturing to quality assurance, our people have an average of 15 years of experience. Entry-level positions in our plant pay $18.50/hr, and we offer in-depth on-the-job training and career growth opportunities. Average gross pay for plant employees exceeds $50,000. We do not require prior experience but do require a strong work ethic and commitment to our Core Values:
